FAQ's- Product Ordering
We Ship Only Within The Lower 48 U.S. States

We ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States. Please refer to our shipping policies.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as ATM/debit cards with a Visa/MasterCard logo. We do not accept money orders, checks or cash.
Your telephone number will be required at checkout. It is essential that you provide the billing address to which your credit card statement is mailed so we can correctly charge your card. If the billing address does not match, or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In this case, you will be notified by email and can reorder once the problem with your credit card company is resolved. If you have any problem ordering or checking out, please contact us and a customer service representative will respond by phone or email.
The Order Process. Orders received after 1 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. Personalized items can take 1-3 additional business days.
Order Changes. Since we begin processing orders shortly after a purchase, changes may not always be possible, although we will try to accommodate you if possible. If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately.
Inventory. Our top selling items and colors are in inventory and ready to ship. Because of the vast number of color and fragrance options, some items are made to order. In very rare cases, an item may not be available immediately due to a backorder of a component. In this case, we will contact you by email and offer you the choice of a refund, a substitute item, or to wait a few days until the product is available.
Lead Time.Although most items will be shipped within 3-5 days (with extra time for personalization), please remember that this does not include shipping time. All items ship from the east coast. West coast customers should count on 5-6 business days for UPS ground service; all other areas of the country, between 2-4 days. If we foresee any delays in your order, we will notify you by email.
